Welcome to TimeMend. These terms are an agreement between you and (Not provided), the operator of TimeMend ("we"), about your use of this website. By signing up for or using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Google sign-in: Google sign-up and sign-in are optional; email sign-in remains available. Registration still requires explicit acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. Matching emails do not merge accounts automatically: sign in to your existing account using its original method before linking Google. Accounts without a site password must verify Google again before setting a password or deleting the account. Verification allows one action within 5 minutes.

1. The service

TimeMend provides photo restoration and account features. AI restoration requires account access; credit purchases require service availability, an enabled payment method and a priced product on sale. We may change, pause or stop features and will give notice of important changes.

2. Accounts

• Only adults who have reached the legal age of majority in their region may register and use this service; minors may not register or use it.
• Sign up with an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Email verification is currently optional and does not block access to available features.
• If someone else uses your account, change your password immediately and log out other devices in "My account".
• You can delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

• upload photos you have no right to use, or infringe others' portrait, privacy or copyright rights;
• upload illegal, violent, pornographic or otherwise harmful content;
• use restoration results to impersonate others, forge documents or commit fraud;
• interfere with the website, for example by attacking it, scraping it excessively or bypassing access limits;
• reverse engineer the website or create accounts in bulk by automated means.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content, restrict features or suspend your account.

4. Your photos and the results

• Rights to your photos remain with you or the original rights holder. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them to complete the restoration you request, as described in the Privacy Policy at that time.
• Restoration results are yours to keep and use. If a photo shows other people, obtain any consent required to use it.
• AI restoration guesses at blurred or missing areas, so results may differ from reality, for example in faces, text and colors. Results are for remembrance and enjoyment only and must not be used for identification, historical research or as legal evidence. Always keep your original.
• After a task completes, fails or is canceled, its original and result are kept on this site for 72 hours. At expiry, viewing and downloads stop and automatic cleanup runs. You can delete them earlier in “My account → My restorations”; account deletion also schedules photo cleanup. Keep your own originals and download results before expiry.

5. Labeling of AI-generated content

Restoration includes content inferred by AI. Describe this honestly when using or sharing results. The site does not add an AI badge to the photo itself. When using or sharing results, follow the AI content labeling requirements that apply where you live.

6. Payments and refunds

Purchases buy restoration credits, not a subscription. Prices, currencies, included credits and available payment methods are shown before payment. Ordinary accounts use one credit per restored photo; a failed restoration returns the credit automatically. Deleting a photo does not return a credit already used. Returning a credit is not a cash refund.

7. Intellectual property

The website's design, text, icons, code and trademarks belong to us or the respective rights holders and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Example photos on the site are AI-generated; the people and places are fictional.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights where you live.

9. Termination

You may stop using the website and delete your account at any time. We may suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and dispute resolution: (Not provided). This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We will announce significant changes on the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
